The Reset, Day 11: Making Lunch Count

An orange and gold nervous system illustration with the words Day Eleven.

Yesterday went well. Getting to the gym during lunch helped for a couple of reasons. One, it got my butt to the gym, and two, it limited my time on the elliptical so I couldn’t chase calories. I got 20 minutes on the elliptical and a solid leg workout in. Nothing to the point where I can’t walk today, but enough that I moved, I pushed, and I still feel good.

Money at this point is going to dictate when I’m able to get over to the batting cages I want to try out. And actually, I did find an old video from when I was with KLAQ of Buzz and me at a baseball training facility here in El Paso. So I was swinging an actual bat just five years ago, and I wasn’t completely terrible.
